Michigan Technological University's spring commencement ceremony is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 30, 2022. In order to make it all happen, we need your help! If you are able to volunteer for this special event, please complete the form below and keep an eye on your email for further details.

Graduate check-in (Distribute name cards to graduates, assists with phonetic spelling of names, etc.)

Greeter/Floater/General Information (Help in various locations around the SDC to answer questions, direct families and students, etc.)

Special Seating Accommodations (Assist guests in finding their assigned seat)

Tickets (Scan tickets and distribute programs)

Usher (Direct guests to available seats and help guests when exiting)

Event set-up or clean-up (Help with tables/chairs, hang/remove signs, assist as needed behind the scenes)
