Only completed Scholarship Application Forms will be reviewed. You must submit the application and all required documents before April 1, 2024.Before you begin, you MUST have the following documents available to complete this application:1. Most recent (unofficial) transcript (High School or College) OR Statement of Satisfactory Progress if enrolled in a non-credit course of study.
2. All applicants MUST obtain one (1) completed Recommendation Form from a person who knows you academically or professionally. (This individual CAN NOT be a relative or personal friend). Email the
2024 Recommendation Form link to the individual for completion and submission to The Bernie.
3. Name and contact information for Rental Subsidy Provider Agency.
MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE TO ALL QUESTIONS ON THIS APPLICATION.
PLEASE NOTE: The information collected on this form will be held in strict confidence and will NOT be shared with anyone other than those on a "need-to-know" basis on the Board of The Bernie who determine award recipients.
