GWL Panel Event: Applying to Postdoctoral Fellowships in the Social Sciences and Humanities
Join us for a special panel on applying to post-doctoral positions! Several current Yale postdoctoral scholars, from a range of disciplines in the social sciences and humanities, will discuss their experiences of applying to postdocs and answer your questions.

The event will start with a short presentation on some basics of applying to postdoctoral positions, including where to look for them and how to pitch your application materials. The panelists will then answer a few pre-formulated questions about the process of applying, before we move on to a general Q&A with the audience. Our panelists include:

Stephanie Redden, PhD (Political Science)
Ivy Onyeador, PhD (Psychology)
Gabriel Lee, PhD (History)

Come hear their perspectives on the trials, tribulations, and strategies for securing a Postdoc!

Intended audience: Graduate students entering the job market this year, any advance-stage students wishing to get a head start on this process, and postdoctoral scholars who may be applying to new positions.
