60 minutes of structured athletic development programed for the youth athlete looking to learn and improve upon skills, while having fun!
This program is geared to the athlete who wants to refine their form, challenge their skills, and improve their speed development.
From sprinting, change of direction, and agility, this program is perfect for the athlete looking to make moves on the playing field! Great for youth athletes of all skills, sports and ages!

Time: 5:30-6:30 PM
$25/workout!
Drop in without the hassle of buying a bulk package of sessions! We understand life can be chaotic and hard to plan, so come train with us when you can and improve your speed and agility skills!
