Cape Fear High School PSAT/NMSQT Sign Up Form
The PSAT/NMSQT will be offered to CFHS 10th and 11th grade students at Cape Fear High School on October 13, 2021. The cost of the exam is $18.00 per student.  
If you will be a 10th or 11th grade student at Cape Fear High School during the 2021-2022 school year and are interested in taking the PSAT/NMSQT, please sign up by completing all items on this form and pay your $18.00 registration fee through School Cash Online no later than September 8, 2021. The link to pay your fee is located on the CFHS website.
Students who do not pay the $18.00 fee through School Cash Online by September 8th will be removed from the PSAT/NMSQT testing roster.
Students with a 504 plan, EL plan or an individualized education program (IEP) who would like to request accommodations for the PSAT/NMSQT must contact Christy Parker by email no later than August 10, 2021 at christyparker@ccs.k12.nc.us
