The Riverbank Rollick has become well recognised by the participants as an event with friendly marshals!

“Thank you Thornbury Running Club, you raise the bar very high, if there were “Oscars” for races you’ll win by a landslide in all categories! Amazing effort everybody!”.

The club organises three events each year from which we hope to make a surplus to allow us to fund ‘Run & Rehydrate’, ‘Xmas Light Run’ food, pay individuals cross country entry fees, give discount on T-shirts, EA membership subsidy etc.

To deliver these events successfully and safely we need a lot of club members to step forward and marshal. Your help makes all this possible.

We need to be able to provide a higher level of 1st Aid on the course than previous years. We pay for Medical Services at the event. Are you a qualified 1st Aider and are you willing to use this skill if required during the event?
