Garden Plot Request Form  
Thank you for your interest in a plot at the Community Garden at Cunningham Park in Milton. 

Plots are filled as they become available, and your request will be noted based on the date that you submit this form. 
  • Gardening experience is not required! 
  • We garden organically - no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or fungicides allowed 
  • All gardeners are expected to participate in a spring and fall clean up, and keep plot free of excessive weeds during the growing season. Untended plots are subject to forfeiture. 
  • Annual dues include tilling each spring and access to water. (Dues are TBD for the 2023 season)  
  • As a part of Cunningham Park, the Community Garden is for residents of Milton, MA
