2022 USAFL Nationals Club Registration
Registration for Nationals at Silverlakes Sports Park in Norco, CA October 14 - 16 is now open. Please complete all required fields with as much detail as possible BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2. The more detail you provide, the greater it will assist the USAFL Board with planning.

*IMPORTANT* ALL CLUBS must submit this form to be eligible. ALL PLAYERS must be registered with the USAFL, sign the USAFL COVID-19 waiver and pay their registration dues and Nationals fees to be eligible to play.

DEADLINE to register is Friday, September 23.
