RAMS 2022-23 Parking Permit Application

Please fill this out only if you are an 11th or 12th grader with a valid driver's license and insurance. The student's name must be on the insurance. Proof of insurance must be presented at Prep Days or in the AP office before a parking permit is issued.

STUDENTS REQUESTING A PARKING PERMIT MUST BE AN INSURED DRIVER ON THE INSURANCE PLAN. IF A STUDENT IS NOT AN INSURED DRIVER, A PERMIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
