The City of Houston is considering installing approximately 50 double-sided LED digital billboards up to 60 feet tall on city property. The LED digital billboards will change messages every eight seconds and be placed in narrow strips between the curb and sidewalk along our city streets. In exchange, the City would receive financial compensation from the billboard company. There would also be an exchange of three static billboards taken down for every one LED digital billboard that goes up, resulting in a net reduction of two structures. How do you feel about this proposal? *
