 TRIAL REGISTRATION FORM

To save time on the trial days, this form can to be completed and submitted in advance of the trials, but players will still be required to book in on both days.

Trial dates are Sunday's 9th & 16th June 2024 -

Under 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 / 11           9.30 AM BOOK IN   10.00 am start      60 - 80 minutes

Under 12 / 13 / 14 / 15          11.30 AM BOOK IN   12.00 pm start      80 - 90 minutes

Players Are To Be Ready To Play 15 Minutes Before Session Starts.

##  ALL THE ABOVE TEAMS WILL BE PLAYING IN THE SELKENT LEAGUE  ##

All players are to have appropriate clothing, football kit, shin pads, suitable boots and / or trainers for both grass & all weather pitches.

Players to bring personal water bottles & any medication required.

NO SHIN PADS = NO PLAY = NO EXCEPTIONS

ALL PLAYERS UNDER 16 MUST HAVE AN APPROPRIATE ADULT WITH THEM WHILST AT THE TRIALS.

PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO TURN UP FOR BOTH DAYS.

Toilets will be available.
