EBMF Ensemble Matching Program - Students' Form

Looking for musicians to form a chamber music ensemble with? Please fill out the survey below and we'll add your information to our directory. When we see any potential matches, we'll send you their contact information! (All information will be kept private and will be shared only with potential group members.)

In addition to filling out the form, we will need a 4-5 minute short video of a recent solo performance. This is NOT an audition; we just want to know your approximate playing level so we can find the best match(es) for you.

For priority consideration, please fill out this form by October 15.

EBMF is only responsible for the introductory emails; all further communication will be between you, your ensemble, and your coach.
