Student Event Notification Form (SEnF)
**Please complete this form as a courtesy to your neighbours and to alert your peers of your intentions
**This form can be completed up to 2 hours before the intended start time
**Any event being held on any day other than Thursday or Sunday must be held in Vics

You need to complete this form if you answer YES to any ONE of the following statements:
- This event will have 4 or more attendees
- Non-Women's College guests are attending
- This event will be held in a shared area (commo)
- This event includes no more than 20 Wooza's (more than 20 requires a Student Event Request form - and 2 weeks' lead in time)

(NB - you must agree to this acknowledgement for your event to progress) To avoid damage you must ask for permission and advise in case you want to stick/attach anything to any surface (floors, walls, furniture) etc, want to use colouring in any way (paint, food, etc) or any machine/gadget dispensing decoration material (no glitter, sparkles/confetti allowed) or bring in equipment.
