If your reservation is larger than the number of seats available on a particular date, please choose two dates that will accommodate your entire group. If you do not see a date or time that would work for your group, please call us at 512-472-5436 and we can help you figure out the best possible solution or place you on the waitlist.

Student prices: $8 - Not Title I; $5 - Title I

Teachers are free, but we need to have an approximate number for availability.

Parents are asked to pay $10 at the door the day of the performance.

It is very important that you let us know if you have any students or adults who will need special seating due to hearing, vision, or walking impairments. If you do not know at the moment, please let us know as your performance date draws closer so that we can make sure to accommodate your group.

Payment for field trips is due prior to arrival, or upon entry to the theater. You are welcome to pay by card, check, or cash.   If any parents, or other guests, wish to attend, they must contact the teachers and reserve spots through the school. Once you have that number, please pass it along with your class numbers. Schools are not required to pay for the parents. Parents are asked to pay $10 at the door once they arrive. Please do not have parents call ASRT to reserve tickets. Seating is limited, so please inform ASRT of any changes, so that we can ensure accommodations. And of course, you are welcome to increase your numbers at any time (if space is available).
