As the primary contact, I understand that I am responsible to communicate the Terms & Conditions to the people in my group.

I (and everyone with me) will not hold the White River Junction Pride Planning Committee or The Main Street Museum liable for any injuries or damage to person or personal property while participating in the WRJ Pride Parade and Festivities

I (and everyone with me) pledge to ignore or provide positive interactions ONLY with any protestors. I (and everyone with me) will notify the nearest WRJP Volunteer immediately if I have any concerns.

I (and everyone with me) understand that participation in WRJ Pride events implies support for the LGBTQIA+ community not just during Pride Week, and pledge to be a part of an inclusive business and community environment that values diversity in all its forms throughout the year.

Donations/Fees

Walkers are FREE and do not need to fill out this form.

There is a $20 per vehicle fee to participate in the parade. This fee is waived for nonprofits. This fee helps us cover insurance and police escort for the parade.

Check must be made out to the MAIN STREET MUSEUM.

IT IS IMPERATIVE that you write WRJ PRIDE PARADE in the memo or the museum will NOT KNOW the reason for the donation.

If your business/agency requires an invoice please send an email to wrjpride@gmail.com asking for one.

The Main Street Museum generously serves as our fiscal sponsor in order to allow tax-exempt donations. The WRJ PRIDE Planning Committee is an independently organized, volunteer-led group. The Main Street Museum's has a long-standing reputation as a safe haven for queer community in the Upper Valley.
