Donation requests should be submitted at least one month before the date of the event. Requests received outside of this timeframe will be considered, but priority will be given to those that were submitted on time.

All organizations will be notified if their request was accepted or declined as soon as we can.  Donations must be picked up at the front desk at one of our gyms unless you send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope to receive them by mail. At this time, we are unable to offer virtual certificates.
