Dear Principals, EL Coordinators, Teachers, and Staff:

Please complete this form for each ACCESS Test Administrator in your school/district. District testing schedules are due to WDE by December 17, 2021.

The WDE will be visiting districts between January 18 and February 25, 2022, during the ACCESS for ELLs Assessment Administration window. This Statewide Assessment Monitoring and Quality Assurance will evaluate school district implementation and compliance, with both Federal and State law and regulations, related to statewide assessments for the 2021-2022 school year. This will provide WDE the opportunity to observe test security and administration practices. Additional time will be provided to answer any questions you or your school staff may have about the statewide EL assessment.

Our visit will help ensure that all eligible students are tested, test security is maintained, school district staff has been properly trained, and assessments are administered consistently and in a uniform manner. Guidance will be provided to districts explaining what to expect and how to prepare for this year's visit.

If your district is administering the ACCESS for ELLs  assessment, please complete the Google form for each school and all domain testing sessions.
