Purpose:
     Represent Student Body
     Promote traditions and school spirit
     Assist Student Government with all of their events and projects throughout the year

Expectations:
     Lead by example in your school and community
     Support school events
     Attend and actively participate in specified activities throughout the year.

Grades: **This is a grade and DOES go on your transcript and count towards eligibility!!
     Passing Student Government Auxiliary will grant you .25 credit as well as certain perks (dance
        tickets or discounts) throughout the year.
     Student Government Auxiliary is a pass/fail course.
     100% of your grade is participation.
            o 60% and up is passing, below 60% is failing
            o Consists of activities such as Homecoming, ChaKotaBine, Winter Dance, Think Pink, DWOH, etc.

IMPORTANT: If you cannot attend one of the scheduled school events for a legitimate (family,
religious, school function, work, or sport) reason, you must fill out a form which includes the name of the adult in charge of you to not lose points for that event.  You are responsible for checking in AND out on the sign-in sheet at mandatory events.  You are also responsible for paying attention to announcements regarding different Student Government events and making sure you plan accordingly. Any complaint of a grade received may be presented before the Auxiliary Board. The Auxiliary Board has the power to award or deduct points to compensate for a decision.  Students may be excused from an event by completing the Google Form within two weeks after the event has passed. Any notes turned in after this will not be accepted. You may always turn this in early. PLEASE NOTE that work is considered a legitimate reason; however, EVERY EFFORT should be made to rearrange your work schedule to meet your commitments to Student Government Auxiliary. Any other excuse will not be considered an excused absence, as all required events are posted at least 10 days in advance. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR COMMITMENTS!  Please turn in your notes through Google Forms.
