UNICEF Senior Grad Cord Interest
Hello all! This form is for seniors only who would like a UNICEF cord for their gown at graduation. The cord will be a combination of navy blue and white. Be sure to read our club announcements on remind to know when we will be giving out the graduation cords. Reminder: You need to complete all UNICEF member requirements by March 30 in order to recieve a grad cord.

The following are the member requirements for the year:
- Attend a minimum of three meetings
- Participate in a minimum of two events (fundraiser or service event)
