I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dova, Inc. a.k.a. Doug Varone and Dancers, and any of its faculty or staff members from any and all claims, suits, actions, damages and costs of every nature and description for any injuries sustained, accidents incurred or illnesses contracted by me while a participant of the Doug Varone and Dancers Summer Workshop is scheduled to take place between June 3-14, 2024.

Recording Activities:
Event content may be recorded by the Company and used for archival, marketing, or social media purposes only if participants are first so notified, and any such use will follow the guidelines established in our separate Waiver Form / Photo Release. In the event a participant declines to sign the provided Waiver Form/Photo Release, the Company will use all commercially reasonable efforts to remove any recognizable image of such participant from a recording of the relevant Activity before using it for the purposes described above.

Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. $50 of your tuition is a nonrefundable registration fee.

If you decide to drop out of the workshop before April 1, you will be refunded in full (less the $50 non refundable registration fee).

If you decide to drop out of the workshop between April 1 and April 15, DOVA will retain half of total fees owed + the $50 registration fee, and you will be refunded the balance.  

If you decide to drop out of the workshop after April 15, we cannot offer any refunds.

If you need to drop out of the workshop because of a documented medical situation, an exception to this policy will be considered.


Your registration will not be completed until your full tuition payment is received. After your application and payment are processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not receive this email, please email summerworkshop@dovadance.org as there may be a problem with your registration.
