From December 18-January 4 Eula ISD will be closed for our Christmas Break. With the recent rise in COVID-19 in our area, Administration felt that we needed a reporting mechanism to monitor NEW cases and respond appropriately when we return to school on January 5. If you have a positive COVID test, or were within 6ft of someone who is COVID positive for a time greater than 15 minutes while not wearing a face covering, then please fill out the following form. We will contact you on January 4 to determine the appropriate course of action.
