The purpose of this survey is to gain insights on how certain demographics, geographical locations, pharmacist field and past experience determine one's salary.

The responses of the survey will be publicly available but the columns for current city of residence, university attended and nationality will be hidden to maintain your privacy. An anonymized report will be published from our findings as well.

The problem now is that there is low salary transparency in Malaysia, meaning one might not know if they are compensated fairly compared to someone with a similar background.

This survey is for all pharmacist professionals: community pharmacist, government pharmacist, academic pharmacist, pharma pharmacist and others.
