Heart Healthy Community Event

On Wednesday, February 14, 2024, Cedar's Sinai and Coeur D Alene are producing a Heart Healthy Community Event at CDA, Groove is in the Heart, from 8:30-noon, and you're invited!

All adults are welcomed at 8:30 AM to meet in the Library for refreshments and learn about stroke awareness from Cedars Sinai staffing. Throughout the morning, all adults will be welcome to free cholesterol screening, blood glucose monitoring, and blood pressure screening.

Approved volunteers are welcome to volunteer to join their class to learn about Healthy Habits and and the importance of gratitude with Share and Care.
