SiB Café LLC dba Spine Bookstore & Café agrees to stock and sell the product described below for a term of 1 year (365 days) at which time the sales agreement will be extended or closed based on sales reports. Payments for book sales will be made in a timely manner through Square secured electronic payment. Please check your spam folder periodically to see if a request from Square on behalf of Spine wasn't sent there. The Consignor's percentage of sale will be 60% of retail with Spine's percentage at 40%. It is the responsibility of the consignor to keep current contact information on file at Spine Bookstore & Café. When the sales agreement ends, the parties involved will either agree in writing to renew contract or arrange the return of unsold titles. Consignors have 30 days to respond to electronic notice from Spine Bookstore & Café at the end of this contract, failure to do so will transfer ownership of titles to Spine Bookstore & Café and will be put into our community Share in Books program.
