All graduating students must complete and submit this graduation application and pay the graduation fee of $150.
If you are graduating in Fall 2023 or Spring 2024, you must submit this form and pay the fee no later than February 6, 2024. On receipt of this form, Pillar advising will conduct a final graduation degree audit to verify that all program requirements are met. Once degree requirements are verified the graduation fee will be charged to your student account. Please pay this fee via the
Stars student management portal (credit card or ACH account transactions are accepted). Late applications or failure to pay the required graduation fee may result in delays in degree posting or inability to participate in commencement proceedings for the desired year. All student account balances must be paid in order to receive a diploma or transcripts following degree conferral.
All graduates must be approved by Pillar's faculty and Board of Trustees before the degree can be posted. Regardless of participation in commencement proceedings, graduates' diplomas will be mailed via standard mail.
If you indicate that you plan to attend the commencement ceremony, you will receive additional instructions and information regarding regalia (cap and gown) orders separately.
