2024-25 WEEKLY FAITH FORMATION PROGRAM DETAILS
The 1-1/4-hour classes will be offered on Monday or Tuesday according to the schedule below. There will be 25-27 weekly sessions between September 8th and April 29th. The Class Schedule Calendar will be finalized in early June and posted to your child's 2024-25 Google Classroom.
SESSION SCHEDULE
Mondays
Monday Early: Grades 1 to 4: 4:45 to 6:00 p.m.
Monday Late: Grades 5 to 8: 6:45 to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesdays
Tuesday Single Session: Grades 1 to 8: 5:45 to 7:00 p.m.
Class Wait List: I will make every effort to give each family placement in their session of choice, however we are limited by the number of classrooms, students per class and most importantly the number of adult volunteers for the Catechist and Aide positions.
If your class is full you will be prompted to place your child on the Wait List for that class and you will be notified if a seat opens up. Children will be placed into a class in the order they are listed on the Waitlist.
IMPORTANT: Registration is final and a seat is secured for your child after the following steps have been completed.
1) Registration Form has been received. Make sure to check your email account for the confirmation after you submit the Registration Forms for your children. Print or save the emails.
2) 2024-25 Google Classroom has been joined.
3) Tuition Payment received/Payment Plan established/Scholarship awarded.
