2. 기간 DATE: 6/3 - 7/19 (6주/6 weeks) 
(독립기념일 주간 휴강 7/1 - 7/5 : No School for Jul 1st – Jul 5th)

3. 수업 시간 CLASS TIME:  
      3 & 4 year old : 9:00 am - 1:30 pm
                                 방과 후 돌봄/After Care : 1:30 pm  - 3:00 pm, 한 주 45불 ($45/week)
                                                  
      K - 8th grade : 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
                                방과 후 돌봄/After Care : 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, 하루 20불 ($20/day)    
                                 
     Early Drop Off : From 8 am ($7)

4. 학급 학년 CLASS GRADES: 
      여름 학교 이후, 2024년도 가을학기에 진급하는 3살반, Pre-K반, K - 8 학년
      Ages 3, Pre-K, K – 8th grade for 2024 - 2025 school year after the summer school

5. 6주 프로그램 수업료 TUITION for 6 WEEKS: 
        후기 등록/Late Registration       (After 3/30 -) 
         : $1280 (Tuition) + $120 (등록비/Registration Fee)    

    *수업료는 납부시기로 결정됩니다. 
       예) 온라인으로 조기등록 기간 안에 등록을 했더라도, 
       3/16 (정기등록 시작일)에 수업료를 내시면 정기등록 수업료를 납부해야 합니다.
       Ex) Even if you register online during the early registration period, 
             you have to pay the regular registration fee 
             if you pay the tuition fee on 3/16(the start date of regular registration).

   *온라인 신청 등록 이후 수업료를 납부하셔야 등록이 "완료"됩니다.
     (After registering for online application, you have to pay the tuition fee to 
       "complete" the registration.)
    - 선착순으로 진행되오니 온라인으로 신청 등록을 하셨더라도 수업료를 납부하지 
       않으시면 "비완료" 입니다. 꼭 빠른 시간 내에 수업료를 납부 부탁드립니다. 
       (It's on a first-come, first-served basis, so even if you fill out the online registration, 
       without paying the tuition fee, it's "uncompleted." 
        Please pay the tuition fee as soon as possible.)
    - 또한 선착순으로 진행되기에, 일단 "수업료를 납부한" 정원이 차면, 
       이전에 온라인 등록을 하셨더라도 학교 등록이 불가능할 수 있음을 
       이해해 주시기 바랍니다.
      (Also, it will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, 
       so please understand that once the number of students who have "paid tuition" is full, 
       you may not be able to register at school even if you have previously 
       registered online.)
      
   *3월 30일부터 4월 7일까지는 봄방학 기간으로 office가 문을 닫습니다. 
     (From 3/30 to 4/7, the office will be closed during the spring break)

   *교재비 및 점심은 수업료에 포함됩니다. 
     (The cost for the textbooks and lunch is included in the tuition)
   **형제 할인 혜택 : 둘째 자녀부터 $50씩 할인 
     (Sibling Discount: $50 off from 2nd Child)

6. 환불 정책 REFUND POLICY:
    * 등록비 ($120)는 환불되지 않습니다. 
      (Registration Fee($120) is not refundable.) 
    * 부득이한 사정으로 인한 등록 취소를 하셔야 하는 경우, 
      3/29까지만 등록비($120)를 제외한 수업료의 50%을 환불 받을 수 있습니다. 
      3/30 이후로는 일체의 수업료 환불이 안됩니다. 
     (If you have to cancel your registration due to unavoidable circumstances, 
      you can only get a refund of 50% of the tuition fee excluding 
      the registration fee($120) until March 29. 
      The tuition fee cannot be refunded after March 30.)

 8. 학급 운영 CLASSES: 
      3-year-old & Pre-K classes: Monday - Friday : School Schedule  (No Bible Camp)
      Kinder to 8th Grade : Monday–Thursday : School Schedule
                                                                  Friday : Bible Camp

 9. 금요 성경 캠프 Fun Friday Bible Camp: 
     금요일날은 선택사항입니다. 성경 캠프 등록비 및 참가비(점심비 포함)는 
     수업료와 별개로 내셔야 합니다.
     (Fun Friday Bible Camps are optional and the fee including registration fee and lunch 
     money is considered separate from the tuition fees.)
                 
10. 점심 Lunch Services:
     프로그램과 런치메뉴는 사전 공지없이 불가피한 경우 변경될 수 있습니다.
     (Programs and lunch menus are subject to change if inevitable without prior notice.)

11. 간식 Snacks:
    물통과 개인 간식은 매일 학생들이 직접 가지고 와야 합니다. 
    특별히 아이들의 물통에는 이름을 반드시 표기해주시기 바랍니다. 
    (Students are required to bring their own snacks and water bottle every day.
     In particular, make sure to mark the name on the children's water bottle.)

12. 등록 방법 Process of Registration
   1. 2024년 온라인으로 여름학교 등록서를 완성합니다.

    2. 이후, 현금 또는 체크를 가지고 가능한 한 빨리 등록처에 방문하여 수업료를 지불하고 
        지불 확인서에 싸인 후 등록을 마칩니다. 
        (Then, with cash or check, visit the registration office as soon as possible to pay 
        the tuition and complete the registration after signing the payment confirmation form.)
    3. 위의 두 단계 과정을 같은 등록 기간내에 완수하여야 등록이 완성됩니다.
         (If you have completed the above two step process within the same registration 
         period, the registration will be completed.)
       
    *등록을 위한 사무실 오픈 시간은 다음과 같습니다. 
     단, 공휴일이나 봄방학은 오피스가 문을 열지 않습니다. (3/30-4/7)

Medical Treatment & Liability Waiver 1. If at any time medical treatment is necessary for my child, I give consent for treatment to be given. I understand that every effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian prior to emergency treatment. 2. I understand that Johns Creek Korean Church will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of my child. I give my approval for my child’s participation in all activities of the summer school including Friday Bible Camp and assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation and do waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Johns Creek Korean Church, teachers, or employees. 3. I understand that any expense incurred due to an injury is my responsibility  Photo Release Permission 1. I give my permission for the Johns Creek Korean Church Summer School to use my child/children’s picture for missionary purposes and the website of Johns Creek Church. Payment Information 1. Tuition includes academics, activities, class material, and meals. 2. There is an extra charge for Friday Bible Camp, after-care, and ride service. 3. Checks should be made payable to JCKC. 4. If you want to pay in installments, please email the director. Refund Policy 1. Registration fee is not refundable. 2. Only 50% tuition except registration fee is refundable until 3/29/24.  All requests for refunds must be made by a written document. Registration Information 1. Parents must register for the entire 6-week session. 2. Registration on a week-by-week basis is not allowed. 3. Johns Creek Korean Church Summer Camp reserves the right to discharge a child at any time without refund if there is a suspicion of bullying or abuse. 4. Students need to wear appropriate shoes or clothes for P.E. and recess (No flip flops!) 5. Students need to bring their own snacks, however, we extremely discourage bringing juices, peanut products, yogurt, gums for the snacks. 6. Pick up: We highly encourage parents to be in the carpool line to pick up. The latest pick-up time is 3:15 p.m. when they have special permission. I understand there will be a late charge if picking up my child after 3:30, usually $1 per minute. 
의료 및 책임 면책 1. 나는 학교가 언제든지 내 아이에게 치료가 필요하면 치료를 하는 것에 동의를 합니다. 응급처치에 앞서서는 보호자와 연락을 취할 수 있는 모든 노력을 다할 것으로 알고 있습니다. 2. 나는 쟌스크릭 한인교회가 내 아이에 대해 필요하고 적절한 감독을 할 것이라고 이해한다. 나는 내 아이가 Friday Bible Camp을 포함한 여름 학교의 모든 활동에 참여하는 것을 승인하고, 그러한 참여로 인한 모든 위험을 감수하고 쟌스크릭 한인교회, 교사들, 또는 직원들에 대해 어떤 책임이나 보상을 요구하지 않을 것이며, 책임을 면제하는 것에 동의합니다. 3. 나는 아이의 부상으로 인해 발생하는 모든 비용은 본인의 책임인 것을 이해합니다. 사진 공개 권한 1. 나는 쟌스크릭 한인교회 여름학교에서 내 자녀 사진을 선교적 목적이나 쟌스크릭 한인교회의 웹싸이트를 위해 사용하는 것을 허락합니다. 수업료 1. 수업료는 학업, 활동, 수업 자료, 그리고 식사를 포함합니다. 2. Friday Bible Camp, 애프터 케어, 라이드 서비스 이용 시 추가 요금이 있습니다. 3. Check는 JCKC로 Pay to the Order로 작성해야 합니다. 4. 분할 지불을 원하시면 Director에게 이메일을 보내주시기 바랍니다. 환불 1. 등록비는 환불되지 않습니다. 2. 3/29/24까지 등록비를 제외한 수업료의 50%만 환불 가능. 모든 환불 요청은 서면으로 이루어져야 합니다. 등록 1. 학부모는 전체 6주를  등록해야 합니다. 2. 일주일 단위로 등록은 불가합니다. 3. 쟌스크릭한인교회 여름학교는 괴롭힘이나 학대가 의심될 경우 언제든 환불 없이 아이를 퇴학시킬 수 있는 권리를 갖습니다. 4. 학생들은 체육(P.E.)과 휴식 시간을 위한 적절한 신발이나 옷을 착용해야 합니다. (Flip Flops 금지!) 5. 학생들은 자신의 간식(snacks) 가져와야 합니다. 그러나, 쥬스, 땅콩 제품, 요구르트, 껌을 가져오는 것을 엄격히 금하고 있습니다. 6. 픽업: 부모님들은 픽업하기 위해 반드시 카풀 라인에 서주시기를 바랍니다. 가장 늦은 픽업 시간은 특별한 허가를 받았을 경우 오후 3시 15분입니다. 3:30분 이후의 아이를 픽업할 경우 분당 $1의 연체료가 부과됩니다.

  *수업료를 내실 때는 반드시 학생의 이름과 여름이 지나 올라가게 되는 
    학년을(2024 가을학기) Memo 란에 꼭 명시하여 주십시오. 
    자녀의 이름이 명시되지 않을 경우, 부모님의 성함과 혼돈이 되어 이후 등록에 문제가
    생기실 수 있으므로 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.
    When you pay with any type of payment, please write each child's name 
    and upcoming grade (Fall 2024) on the check. 
    If not, it may cause problems with their registration.

* 직접 방문하셔서 수업료를 지불 하실 때는 위의 날짜와 시간에 맞추어 
   등록처에 오셔서 납부하시거나, 아래의 커뮤니티 센터 주소로 체크를 보내실 수 있습니다. 
   만약 체크를 메일로 보내실 경우, 
   저희 센터 전화번호(770-298-7834)로 문자메세지를 반드시 남겨주시기 바랍니다.
   텍스트 메세지에는 다음 내용을 반드시 명시하여 주세요.
         1) 이번 썸머학교에 등록한 아이의 학년과 이름, 
         2) 체크에 표기된 부모님 성함과 체크 번호
         3) 발송한 날짜를 명시하여 주세요.

     If you are mailing a check, please send us a text to 770-298-7834. 
     Your text must include:
         1) Your CHILD'S NAME & GRADE requesting the registration
         2) Your NAME & Check Number on the check
         3) DATE to send by mail

Nothing is more important to us than the safety and welfare of our students and families.                                       We will get through this TOGETHER.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
