Use this form only if you are not a CEAS student (e.g., you are Undeclared, or you are majoring in a College of Arts and Sciences subject) and want to request enrollment in a CSE/ISE course for Fall 2024 that has "CSE or ISE Major" as a prerequisite. Choose only courses for which you have satisfied all other prerequisites.

Submit this form once for each course you would like to take. Do not attempt to submit multiple course requests with this form. If you make multiple submissions of this form, rank your preferences in the Comments section (e.g., "I would prefer CSE 323 over CSE 334").
