Volunteer Clearance:

For the safety of our students, all volunteers must have (1) a completed Category 2 Volunteer Application that has been submitted to the office and signed off by the principal, (2) paperwork on file showing a negative TB test result that has been done within the past 4 years, (3) Fingerprinting done Livescan.

The FMS office staff is available to assist you in becoming an approved volunteer and with any questions about campus visits. Please visit this link for more information on volunteering guidelines & procedures: https://www.fcusd.org/volunteer
