Thank you for making BHF21: The Twelve Days of Boar’s Head possible!

Please note:
All onsite events will meet or exceed all current COVID safety protocols.  Distancing and masks will be required.

There are remote options that do not require in-person participation (designated by [REMOTE] at the beginning of the question).

Participation in events, especially costumed roles,  will be determined by current outdoor congregating numbers permitted under COVID protocols.

Please note that this form is not a casting form, but an expression of areas you would be willing to help as needed.  We will tabulate responses, and volunteers will be contacting you to help in different areas as soon as possible!

Any costumed roles must also coordinate pickup and drop off time of costumes.

Parents: please make sure to have your children fill out the additional children & youth survey with you.
