Once you have completed and returned this form, along with supporting evidence, your case will be assessed. You will be notified by e-mail if you are successful and the grant amount offered, if applicable.

The maximum grant amount offered will be £700 for the Yoga training and £600 for the Pilates training.

The Grants may not be used in conjunction with any offers, and are towards the full course price only.
Please note that any decision made by Harmonise is at their discretion and final. All supporting evidence will be destroyed after a decision has been made, and all information will be kept strictly confidential.
