PBB Minor Incident Form
Please can Ride leaders complete this form if what is perceived to be a Minor Incident occurs during a ride.
This could Include things such as:
  • A Rider falls but seems to be OK.
  • A road rage incident.
  • A riders behaviour is felt to be in any way unacceptable.
  • Significant 'Near Misses' .
If anyone is injured and needs medical attention, either from emergency services or from other members or third parties, these must be reported through the Cycling UK Incident report (on website), and copied to PBB.
