Refund Policy
FMMA camp registration is nontransferable and processing fees are nonrefundable.
Refunds for cancellations are applicable only in certain cases, as follows:
1. If cancellation request is received via email before April 15, 2024, a full refund of the paid program fees will be eligible.
2. If cancellation request is received via email before May 15, 2024, a 75% refund of the paid program fees will be eligible.
3. Cancellation before May 15th, Camp Credit can be used for any class registered at FMMA valid till Nov 15, 2024. If cancellation request is received via email on or after May 15, 2024, the request will be ineligible for any refunds.
4. When a child is sick or having fever: A request to participate in the camp ONLINE can be sent to email: info@first-movement. A zoom link and password to join will be provided. The child can return to camp after he/she has been fever-free for 24 hours (without fever-reducing medicine such as Tylenol or Motrin). Vomiting- If your child has vomited during the night, the child should not be sent to camp. The child can return to camp only after being symptom- free for 24 hours.
