Purbeck Primary Care Network (professionals who work in health!) wants to help young people be the best they can be!

Purbeck Primary Care Network also wants young people to help them grow, develop and flourish as an organisation too!

As a Youth Health Forum member your role will be to:

1. Work in a team.
2. Help Purbeck Primary Care Network improve with fresh ideas and insight on their work.
3. Improve how healthcare professionals listen to and value young people's voice.

The Youth Health Forum project is a partnership between young people, Participation People and Purbeck Primary Care Network.

Participation People are a specialist youth engagement organisation. They empower young people every day to have their voice heard, loud and proud!
