PhD Dissertation Research Survey: European Culture
Dear Survey Respondent,

I am currently conducting research for my PhD Dissertation on European Culture in Brussels, and your feedback would be very valuable for me. Thank you for taking the time to answer this survey, which will take you approximately 7-10 minutes to complete.

I hypothesise that there is a cultural divergence between European School students and alumni and non-European School students and alumni in Brussels. I am curious to see whether my hypothesis will be proven or disproven.

The survey is an adaptation from the renown cultural theorist Geert Hofstede; there are a total of 40 questions, all are either "multiple-choice", or very short "written" answers are required. All of your answers will remain confidential, will only be used for the purposes of my research, and will not be shared with anybody else, in accordance with the EU GDPR rules. I can assure you that as soon as I have checked all the answers you have provided are clear and I have the information that I need for my analysis, I will anonymise the data. Your email address will subsequently be destroyed when my PhD is complete.

There are no right or wrong answers, so please answer as truthfully as possible. It will take you a maximum of 7-10 minutes to complete. (* Starred questions in red are obligatory. You may choose to receive a copy of your answers by email at the bottom of the survey.)

Thank you very much in advance for taking the time out of your busy schedule,
Camille
