2023-24 CU Denver College of Arts & Media (CAM) Residential Creative Community (RCC) Registration Form
Please complete this form to register to be a part of the 2023-24 CAM RCC. This Residential Creative Community is only for first year CAM students in the City Heights Residence Hall (or those CAM students living at Lynx Crossing who have been given special access to join the RCC). By completing this form a student commits to being an active participant in the RCC by trying to:
- Attend the monthly CAM RCC student meeting and community dinner. Attend at least one other CAM event each semester. Meeting dates will be announced at the first RCC meeting in August.
- RCC students are encouraged to register for the CAM UNIV 1100 class in the fall semester. It’s a one credit hour class that meets on Fridays. The class is tuition-free.
- Meet at least once per semester with your faculty mentor. Faculty mentors will be announced at the first RCC meeting in August.
- Join a CAM RCC communication group (text, app, or social media). The RCC students will decide which platform to use at the first RCC meeting in August.
- Be respectful of all RCC student members, staff, and faculty.
CAM RCC student room are usually clustered together at City Heights. RCC students will be matched with other RCC students for roommates unless a student has already requested a different roommate from the Housing Office. The CAM residential community features RCC community dinners and meetings, RCC events and guest speakers, faculty mentors, and a shared CAM 1100 Fall Semester class for RCC students that register for it.
