I understand that photos/video footage may be taken to promote future Tomorrow's Playground programs and events either in print or digital media. I give full authorization to Tomorrows Playground to utilize photos/video footage and acknowledge that no compensation of any sort shall be received. *
I hereby approve my child's attendance in the Tomorrow's Playground Online Program and certify that he/she is in good health and able to participate in the program activities. I authorize that the instructors act for me according to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention. I waive and release all rights and claims that arise out of travelling to, participating in, or returning from the program. I understand and am aware of the associated risks with participation within such a program. I understand that no refund will be made to me unless Tomorrow's Playground is unable to successfully begin and complete it's scheduled event within the dates specified above. *
