Are you aware that by participating as a vendor or crafter at Pride Fest 2024, you agree that all liability and risk are waived towards Rainbow Collective, Thunder Pride, City of Thunder Bay, and that any damages incurred will be solely your responsibility and risk?

No power is available in the park, if you require power you will supply your own generators or power supply.

By attending Pride Fest 2024 you consent to being photographed, video recorded and used for marketing and communications purposes by either organization hosting Pride, or photographers, videographers or media outlets.

I understand that I will have to pay $50.00 before June 1, 2024 to participate in Pride Fest 2024!  

Payment can be made by e-transfer to rainbowcollectivetbay@gmail.com or cash, Cheques and can be invoiced.
(no passwords are required for e-transfer, please place in the memo note your business name and contact name and number)
