2023 Indiana Homesteading Conference 
We are excited to expand the Indiana Homesteading Conference to 2 days this year! 
Please note: Your vendor fee does not include admittance to the conference sessions. If you want to attend any of the sessions, you will need to purchase a conference pass separately. You can also purchase tickets for the Saturday evening hog roast on the website. Tickets can be purchased here, www.indianahomesteadingconference.com/tickets

Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday: 9 am to 5 pm
Early Set-Up:
Friday: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Set-up:
Saturday: 6:00 am to 7:30 am
Tear Down:
Sunday: 5 pm
Food Truck Fees:
Vendor Space - $100.00 (for both days), electricity and water will be available.
Clean up Deposit - $100.00 (Please send a separate check for deposit fee. Check will not be cashed if vendor cleans up their space.)

** Food Trucks/Food Vendors: If you are a food truck, food vendor, or plan to make food onsite for sale, YOU MUST HAVE ALL NECESSARY LICENSES/DOCUMENTATION with the county. You can find the Marion County requirements in this document, Microsoft Word - chapter 8 (1).doc (hhcorp.org)

AGREEMENT —
  • Food trucks will need to be parked by 7:30 am on Saturday, as we won't be able to allow vehicles driving through pedestrian traffic areas after that time.
  • ALL VENDORS are required to remain set up for both days. There will be Fairground provided security on the property. We do understand emergencies happen, please let us know as soon as possible if you must leave early. 
  • In order to provide the best experience for all of our vendors, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling the same type of product.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own products, banners, promo materials, etc.
  • Each vendor is required to clean up their space as it was when they arrived.
  • Trash Disposal: Please read carefully. During Friday night set up, vendors are to use the dumpster behind the maintenance building. Saturday and Sunday, vendors are to break down boxes, bag trash and put it in the fairground trash cans. *Trash must fit in the trash cans.* All fry grease/oil must be disposed of properly and not dumped on fairgrounds, trash cans or the dumpster.
  • Your registration is NOT accepted until you receive an email of CONFIRMATION with an invoice from us. This form is simply an application. We reserve the right to turn away any vendor if we feel it is not a good fit for this event or if we already have a vendor of the same kind.
  • This is a binding agreement. Should you decide to cancel your vendor space at this event after invoice has been paid, and without 30 days advance notice, you will only receive partial refund. $40.00 will be kept for administrative filing and time.
  • ALL FOOD ITEMS MUST BE LABELED in accordance with the state of Indiana and Marion County. Please see the link referenced above for relevant information.
  • Indiana Homesteading Conference, LLC is not legally responsible should you not be in compliance with Indiana state laws or Marion County laws. Please do your research and adhere accordingly.
  • We are also not responsible for injury of self or products.
  • Insurance: The fairgrounds require food trucks to add them to their insurance policy for the dates of the conference.
  • ALL FOOD VENDORS (or vendors that are required to have a license provided by the county or state) must present their required License at least 2 weeks before the conference.
  • For the safety of attendees, VENDOR VEHICLES are not permitted to operate outside of the parking lots during conference hours. Parking information will be provided as we get closer to the conference.
  • The Marion County Fairgrounds do have RV parking/camping spots available. The fairgrounds do charge a fee for this space. If you are interested in staying on the grounds overnight, please contact the fairgrounds directly to reserve a spot. Spots with electricity are $50/night or without electricity for $25/night.
  • Electricity and water will be provided at your booth location. If you still need to use a generator, we request that you use a quiet run generator.
** PROMOTION: Your business link will be shared on our website and an announcement will be made on our social media outlets that you will be participating.
