This month we're very excited to welcome Bethany Baker, resident in counseling at Time & Tide Counseling, along with Devon Price from the Teal Center and Crystal & Rachel Tenpenny, founders of Teamotions. Come learn to support areas such as self-regulation, building resiliency, breathing techniques, and other choices to help you build self confidence and self empowerment when we navigate our social and emotional world.

Join us in person for a chance to win a raffle prize or two!

A video of the presentation will be posted to Arlington SEPTA's YouTube channel following the meeting.
