Trunk-or-Treat Entry Form - Boo Bash 2021

Follow this link - https://givebutter.com/BooBash to pay the $15 entry fee. (Entrants will NOT have to pay the entry fee into the event!) Then, kindly fill out the following items to register your trunk! Many thanks for supporting Byam School!

Participant Rules - by checking the box next to an item, you agree to the outlined terms/conditions. *

1. Decorate your trunk/vehicle. No scary/violent/demonic decorations. Please keep it kid friendly.

2. Please no toy weapons-guns, knives, etc. No open flames, fireworks or flammable materials

3. Cars must be turned off for the duration of the event. There is no electricity available.

4. Costumes are encouraged for those hosting a car.

5. Vehicles must arrive between 3:00 and 3:30 for staging and decorating on site.

6. Cars must be ready by 430pm for participants to begin trick-or-treating.

7. Trunk participants are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving.

8. This is an alcohol-free event.

9. Candy and/or Halloween theme toys will be provided and to be handed out to participants. One treat per child participant please.

10. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

11. At their discretion, volunteers may choose to wear a mask outside. Masks are required in the school building.

12. I will not have to pay the entry fee into the event. It is likely that I will need to purchase $1 tickets for games/additional Cake Walks.
