Fort Collins Macaroni Kid has partnered again with Fort Collins Marketplace to host the annual Candy Crawl on Sunday October 22nd, 12 - 2 MDT.  

We invite you to participate as a vendor in the event, located in the parking lot at the Fort Collins Marketplace on College Ave and Horsetooth Rd.  It’s outside so be sure to be prepared. Please provide your own Canopy, table & chairs. Also be sure to have a fun activity for the kids to participate in and of course candy or candy alternative treats or trinkets. This location is sure to attract families from all over (over 2000 easily)! The Fair is free to the public and is a fun family event meant to bring together kids and parents in the community not only searching for candy but searching for information on great resources within the community.

The Crawl will be promoted in Fort Collins & Loveland Macaroni Kid E-Newsletters, Fort Collins Marketplace social media, Fort Collins & Loveland Macaroni Kid social media sites, Fort Collins Marketplace website, other local community websites and social media that I have permission to post to.  Of course, Fort Collins & Loveland Macaroni Kid will have listings of all Fair participants listed in the weekly e-newsletter. 

Please consider putting a link from your business website to ours. Ideally, all vendors will also list the event on their websites, Facebook, Twitter, newsletters and school calendars to attract an even wider audience.

The cost of the event package is $90. Package includes: Social media (partnered with the Fort Collins Marketplace) (at least 1 post a week for the event and one for your business) & the event article. I’ll be giving everyone a shout out for coming, along with other posts across several media pages and groups for social and for the article you'll be listed with a link to a page of your choice.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR ALL TILL October 20th 2023 or until the booth spaces are filled.  Space is limited so sign up as soon as possible.

NOTE: WE ONLY HAVE 10 SPACES! THIS IS VERY BUSY - AROUND 2000 VISITORS GREAT EXPOSURE! FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.

Each participant will need to bring a table, chairs and a canopy. The Fort Collins Marketplace will ask vendors who do not have a canopy to leave.  Set-up time is from 10:45-11:45.  All participants are requested to have their tables set up by 11:45 and staff their tables for the entire time if possible.
