Excused absence requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to the lesson. This form should be submitted by parents, students, teachers or the registration desk in order to use an 'Excused Student Absence'. Students are only allowed 1 EXCUSED ABSENCE PER ACADEMIC YEAR. If approved this lesson will be scheduled to the assigned makeup day.
