Advocacy Communications Specialist
Thank you for your interest in joining the team at Women Who Code. We’re thrilled to offer this opportunity to a strong candidate who believes in our mission.

At Women Who Code, we aim to reduce unconscious bias in selecting stand out candidates and give people opportunities based on their potential. For that reason, we decline to examine your background or personal connections for the first phase of the interview challenge process so that we are able to let your skills show before making any assumptions.

Before the interview process we have 2 challenges that should take 10 - 30 minutes.

If you excel in both sections, you will be invited to an interview.
