For the first time our very unique and personalised nutrition service, "New Mama Meals -Tasty Nutrition served  with Grandma's Love!"

Nutritious vegetarian meals for 5 days post-delivery free of charge (pick up only). This includes  planning  and preparation of tasty nutritious meals with traditional wisdom at no extra cost. We promise 50% of the new mama's daily serves of vegetable food group and  plant proteins from the  the green gram legumes nuts, seeds food group.  

Traditional recipes  for two main meals (lunch and dinner) freshly home-cooked to nourish the new mama  in accordance with the nutrition guidelines for breastfeeding mothers by the Ministry of Health under the supervision of a team of Registered Nutritionists.*
