By signing this form, you grant permission to the U.S. Embassy to collect and store your name, telephone number, email address, and/or other records to use in connection with future U.S. Embassy Seoul program invitations and services.
* Please note that space is limited and admission to the program is first come, first served. Seats might be filled earlier than the deadline. RSVPs are for internal tracking purpose and do not guarantee admittance. RSVP confirmation notice will be sent to your email (and/or mobile phone). Only those who get proper RSVP confirmation are allowed to participate in the program. For more information, please contact:

The American Center Korea (ACK) sometimes photographs or video records its programs for educational, informational and public diplomacy purposes. By filling out RSVP form, permission is granted to the ADHS to use any photographs on the U.S. Embassy website, on U.S. Embassy social media, and in U.S. Embassy-produced brochures. If you do not want us to use a photo or video of you, please tell ACK staff PRIOR to the program.
