Vendor Agreement
Sign-Up Information
1. The vendor must complete and submit the following form by May 9, 2022. All fees must be paid by noon on Friday, May 13, 2022.
2. Vendor Space is 6’ x 6’. This includes a 2’ x 6’ table and 2 chairs. Price $75
3. Second space is $50
4. Space is based on a first come, first served basis

Times
- Friday 1:00 pm to 8:00pm, set up is at 9am
- Saturday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
-  Sunday 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, tear down from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Please check in upon arrival, and a staff member will show you to your table and the nearest door for load in. Vendors will be provided with a preassigned number for their space.

Guidelines For Vendors
1. Items for sale must be hand-crafted. Second hand items are not permitted. If you bring second hand items, you will be asked to remove the items from the table and the building. You will not be refunded for your space.

2. The College of Piping reserves the right to remove items we deem inappropriate.

3. Food Vendors call for more information.

Cancellations
Please read the following information in regards to cancellations.
I understand that the College of Piping may cancel the craft fair if there are not enough vendors. All fees paid will be returned to the vendor. *

I understand that I may cancel my space and receive a full refund if the cancellation is a week prior to the deadline. All cancellations must be made through email to rachel.kitts@collegeofpiping.com by May 6, 2022. If the vendor cancels after May 6, 2022 a refund will not be given. *

Payment
Please read the following information in regards to payment.
A method of payment form will be sent within 48 hours of receiving the application. Payment must be made before a space is held for the vendor. *

Once payment is received the vendor may select their space. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. *

I have read all of the guidelines and agree to abide by the rules set forth by the College of Piping and Celtic Performing Arts Centre. I understand everything in my space must be handcrafted. I understand that I must wait until 4:00 pm on Sunday to tear down my space. *
