Doggy Detail Private Training Interest Form
Fill this form out to set up your private training. 
  • Start with an Intro Coaching Session or skip the Intro Session if you already know you want a training package. 
  • Filling out this form is not an obligation or binder to train with us but you do need to sign our training waiver at the end of this form in order to get started training with us.  
  • Trish will email, call or text you to set up your first training appt based on the kind of training you want and the days and times you indicate in this form.
  • Additional fee may be added for out of Solano County appts ($10+ depending on distance.) 
  • Payment for Coaching Sessions are due after the first session.  
  • Payment for multi session packages are due before the start of the package.  We accept payment by cash, cc, Venmo, PayPal & Zelle.
  • Training fees are non refundable but we can reschedule sessions (within 30 days of session/ end of package.)
  • We follow local health guidelines, are fully vaccinated and are happy to wear a mask if requested.
