- I understand that this application reserves a place in the programme.
- I understand that StageAntics will contact me to confirm the course once required numbers have been reached.
- I understand that one the workshop numbers are confirmed I will be required to pay the associated fee.
- I understand that there is a non cancellation policy and that fees will only be refunded for medical reason with evidence or if Government restrictions mean the workshop is unable to go ahead.
- I understand that my child needs to signed in and out.
- I understand that I will be required to abide by all Government Restrictions rules including contract tracing and mask wearing.
- I understand that StageAntics has a Covid Vaccination Policy and a vaccine pass will need to be sighted for all participants 12years/3months and over.
