Mentogram is an edtech platform providing affordable, industry-driven and experiential mentor-led education programs.
We are actively seeking individuals in our community to become “mentors” and share their invaluable expertise in our uniquely curated side hustle programs.
As a mentor at Mentogram, you can empower the youth and share your expertise, where you get to conduct workshops, lead masterclasses, sell courses, and offer personalized 1:1 mentorship, shaping the future of education, and building a monetisation opportunity for you yourself!
Our mission is to bridge the $8.5 trillion industry-academia skills gap and providing college access to all. Collaborating with universities and mentors, we offer experiential degrees and certification programs in Business Education, Gen AI, Digital Skills, and Soft Skills, fostering engagement, retention, and addressing critical skill gaps.
What can you do as an expert?
- Conduct a 120-min hands-on workshop (25 to 50 learners per workshop via zoom)
- Conduct a 90-min group mentorship session. (2-5 learners per session via zoom)
What do you get?:
- For every workshop you conduct (roughly 120 mins), you will be paid US$100-250 depending upon the contracts.
- For every group mentorship session (roughly 90 mins) you take, you will be paid US$50-150 depending upon the contracts.
You also have the option to withdraw your earnings via a gift card or make a donation to sponsor a child's education.
Please note that our platform works as an accelerator where our members have already pre-paid to get access to a fixed number of these courses, mentorship and workshop sessions. This ensures chances of our mentors to make money and not worry about customers buying their services. :)

How does it work?

- At no cost or effort, your expertise will be visible to our community who can then contact / buy your services.
- Minimum time commitment : (a) For workshops, we will inform you 7 days in advance and also help you prepare the structure. (b) Mentorship sessions happen as per your time availability only!
